At a recent Town Hall meeting in his area, U.S. Representative Glenn Grothman, who serves Wisconsin’s 6th Congressional District, was asked to defend his stance on defunding Planned Parenthood. We’re just going to let this three minute video of his response speak for itself (and him).

A woman in the audience asked Representative Grothman the following…

“As you know federal funds currently do not pay for abortions. Planned Parenthood provides life saving health care to millions of women. I have a 35-year-old daughter who uses their services because she does not have employer health benefits. Help me to understand why you want to defund Planned Parenthood, and please do not use abortion as an excuse.”

Here’s how he responded (and he, of course, led with abortion)…

This dumbfounding level of ignorance and cavalier attitude towards women’s health are becoming terrifyingly all too common among those who get elected to positions with decision making power over the very same (Representative Grothman is currently serving his second term in Congress).

Exercise your right and cast your vote, just be very sure you know whom you are voting for.
