Today, Always gave a powerful boost to its 2014 #LikeAGirl campaign, which aimed to change the meaning of “like a girl” from an insult to a compliment, with the release of this new “Unstoppable” spot. It speaks to gender bias and the consequential limitations girls feel when society boxes them into expected roles.

According to Always’ research, “72% of girls DO feel society limits them – especially during puberty – a time when their confidence totally plummets.” So the brand remains committed to empowering young girls and “keeping their confidence high during puberty and beyond.”

In this latest spot, girls are given the chance to quite literally smash the limitations they’ve heard in their own lives. It’s a moving and powerful ad, and we applaud Always for encouraging young women to be Unstoppable #LikeAGirl.
