We don’t need a special holiday to call attention to our stress levels or how much damage they can wreak on body, mind and soul, but apparently, there is one. Every April since 1992, the Health Resource Network, a non-profit health education organization, has sponsored Stress Awareness Month to increase public awareness of both the causes and cures for the modern stress epidemic. Now we’re stressed that we didn’t tell you about this sooner, since almost half the month is gone!
