“Because it would be a nice thing to do (for) kids that don’t have any hair,” said Sari. “There’s little girls who are sick and they need hair,” said Jenna. “I’m excited,” said Ava.

That’s what this trio of 5-year-old girls from Keego Harbor, Michigan told MyFox Detroit about their decision to donate their hair to children with cancer. The girls reportedly came up with the idea – a pure act of giving – all on their own.

And of the wigs that will be made from their love-filled locks, this is what each hopes for the little girls who get to wear one…

“She feels special,” Ava said. “Really cool,” Jenna said. “Pretty,” Sari said.
