We are so excited to be partnering with our friends from the legendary De Gustibus Cooking School by Miele in NYC to bring you an experiential event like no other featuring butchers you should know, Erika Nakamura and Jocelyn Guest, owners of White Gold, the full-service butcher shop and eatery they opened with James Beard award-winning chef April Bloomfield.

Erika and Jocelyn will bring their skills to the De Gustibus butcher block, highlighting the art and respect of proper butchering, as a selection of great dishes is prepared and served for us to enjoy.

These cutting-edge stars will demo and share, while we learn from them, eat a delicious menu (amuse-bouche, 3 sample courses, dessert), and taste an array of exquisite wines all in the intimate and interactive setting that is De Gustibus.
