You may remember little Riley from the video that had gone viral a couple of years ago about gender stereotyping in the toy aisle. Well, she’s back, and this now 6-year old has something to say about Black Widow Avengers action figures.
Being an espionage specialist and top-ranked spy, Black Widow has always avoided the spotlight, and now she seems to allude customers, too. Although there is a Black Widow action figure available, she’s not easily found and is not included in the majority of Avengers marketing materials.
Riley says it like it is…
“The message the toy stores are telling us is WRONG! Oh, and while they are at it, they might want to make some girl Avengers underwear.”
We LOVE this little girl!
